MINUTES of the JOINT MEETING of the PLAN COMMISSION and TOWN BOARD Wednesday, June 4, 2025 St. Joseph Town Hall / Online CALL TO ORDER by Chair Anton Rang at 6:30 pm STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE read by Chair Rang ROLL CALL: Chair Anton Rang, Erik Lorenz, Justin Kruse, Craig Sykora, Chris Matter, Joanne Kocik. Not present: Rick Caruso, Dave Lallier, Carol Loncar PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE recited ADOPTION OF AGENDA: MOTION to adopt the agenda (Lorenz/Kruse). Motion carried. APPROVAL OF PRIOR MEETING MINUTES: MOTION to approve the Minutes from the May 2025 Meeting (Lorenz/Sykora). Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENTS: None ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION and/or ACTIONS BY COMMISSION 1. Ordinance reviews. 1a. Chapter 168, Subdivision of Land: Anton Rang discussed research he performed regarding this ordinance; the County’s authority; and potential changes to Chapter 168. Anton will discuss this ordinance further with Doug and will ask for a list of items the County is changing. This will be placed on the July agenda. 1b. Codification status and eCode360 website: Teri has sent all updated ordinances for codification and sent an email to eCode regarding the ordinances listed in the “new” area of eCode. 2. Standing items: Review of budget; updates from county; update on complaints: Reviewed the budget, no new updates from County, and no new complaints or updates.
