/ Town of St. Joseph - St Croix County, WI Minutes of the Special Town Board Meeting St. Joseph Town Hall June 12, 2025 1. Call to Order by Chair Theresa Johnson at 8:00 am 2. Roll call: Chair Theresa Johnson, Chris Marshall, Dan Gavin, Richard Hailey, Fire Chief Zac Spates, Architect Bruce Paulson, Contractor Ron Lahners. Not present: Justin Kruse 3. Approve additional costs for the flooring contractor in the new Town Hall: MOTION to approve the $1,125 to continue forward with the flooring project (Marshall/Gavin). Motion carried (3-1 Richard Hailey). 4. Weekly construction meeting for the town hall: Discussion on continuing construction meetings. 5. Adjourn: MOTION to adjourn at 8:31 am (Gavin/Marshall).
