Town of St. Joseph - St. Croix County, WI Minutes of the Special Town Board Meeting St. Joseph Town Hall June 19, 2025 Call to Order by Chair Theresa Johnson at 5:45 pm Statement of Public Notice read by Clerk Roll Call: Chair Theresa Johnson, Richard Hailey, Dan Gavin, Chris Marshall. Online: Justin Kruse Adoption of Agenda: MOTION to adopt the agenda as posted (Gavin/Marshall). Motion carried. Pledge of Allegiance recited Business discussion and possible action on: 1. Update on building progress: Discussed the proposed signage-double peak with larger peak stating 1337 and the smaller peak stating Town Hall. Discussed the size of the lettering. MOTION to approve the new lettering for the gable for the Town Hall to be 12 inches and the 1337 to be 10 inches (Gavin/Marshall). Motion carried (4-1). Hailey-nay. Discussed the estimate for additional services related to replacement of concrete sidewalk, pad, ramps, and curb. MOTION that we approve the Estimate for Additional Services for Stantec regarding the replacement of concrete sidewalks conditioned upon the fact that Stantec and Berghammer will work it out so there is no additional cost to the Town (Gavin/Marshall). Motion carried. a. Change date for opening building and move in: MOTION to close the office to allow us to move into the new building July 22 and 23 (Gavin/Marshall). Motion carried. b. Reschedule movers, furniture and others: Rescheduled copier, AV people, and furniture people. c. Change order on flooring bid: MOTION to move forward with trimming out the storage room as presented at the cost of $500 (Marshall/Gavin). Motion carried. d.
