Town of St. Joseph - St. Croix County, WI Minutes of the Special Town Board Meeting St. Joseph Town Hall July 17, 2025 Call to Order: Chair Theresa Johnson at 8:02 am Roll Call: Chair Theresa Johnson, Richard Hailey, Chris Marshall, Dan Gavin, Engineer Bruce Paulson, Contractor Ron Lahners. Not present: Justin Kruse Business discussion and possible action on: 1. Change order 992-18rev for upgrading generator and well with transformer and wiring and 99-21 for fireproof plywood in IT room, modification to door and hardware: Discussed the modification to the door and the hardware. MOTION to approve Change Order 992-21 for $3,132.00 (Johnson/Marshall). Motion carried. Discussed the change order for upgrading the generator. MOTION to approve Change Order 992-18rev in the amount of $253,837.00 (Johnson/Marshall). Discussion followed. Motion carried (3-1) Richard Hailey-Nay. 2. Construction meeting: Discussed status of construction and outstanding items from the inspection. Discussed landscaping for the new building.
