NONE Business: 1 2025 Road Projects: 1.1 144th Ave. remaining work for completion in 2025. Any updates or issues. COMPLETED EXCEPT FOR UTILITY DAMAGE TO DITCHES 1.2 2025 Road project discussion, including crack patching and seal coating. CRACK PATCHING IS DONE, SEAL COATING BEGINS 12/8. 27K UNDER BUDGET. MOTION MADE BY MARSHALL TO USE THOSE SAVING S TO SEAL COAT OTHER ROADS IN THE CUE AS PER STANTEC, SECOND BY WEBER, MOTION CARRIED AND FORWARD TO BOARD. 2 Other road projects: 2.1 Scott road – collaboration with Town of Hudson on resurfacing. Status. TAKE OFF AGENDA 3 Damages to roads: 3.1 Road damage at 609 Perch Lake Road from Midwest Gas cutting asphalt pavement, caused by gas line installation. Status of attorney referral. REPAIRED 3.2 Road damage (sinking) at 1304 Bass Lake Road. Status report. WORK ORDER TO TODD TO ADD ASPHALT TO LOW AREA 3.3 Any other road damage issues. NONE 4 Request to the Town board to have all future subdivision road plans submitted to the PW committee for review. Status of request to Town Board. APPROVED BY BOARD 5 Traffic studies. Discussion of traffic reports for 150th Ave. near Bass Lake. NO UNUSUAL SPEEDING DETECTED, NO ACTION TO BE TAKEN. 6 Signage - any signage issues. 6.1 Status of new street signs. (24th St. & 146th Ave., Fox Ridge Trail) 24/146 SIGN NEED CORRECTION AND REMOVING FOX RIDGE SIGNS AS NOT NEEDED 6.2 Status of new speed limit signs in Houlton. ORDERED 6.3 Status of new speed limit signs on Perch Lake Road near county park. 15MPH SIGNS ORDERED 7 Discussion of tractor and mower equipment replacement. NEXT YEAR. REMOVE FROM AGENDA FOR THE TIME BEING AND REINSTATE AS PER CHRIS MARSHALL'S REQUEST. 8 General maintenance: 8.1 Completion of work orders.  8.2 Tractor and equipment maintenance. 8.3 Maintenance issues not addressed above. 9 Seasonal maintenance: DISCUSSED CURRENT STATUS OF STORM DAMAGE TREES IN ROW. UNDER CONTRACT WITH WILLOW RIVER. ANYTHING OVER $19740 WILL BE PARTIALLY REIMBURSED BY STATE. 9.1 Summer: 9.1.1 Pothole repair. COMPLETE EXCEPT FOR BASS LAKE ROAD – WORK ORDER TO TUMA 9.1.2 Shoulder repair. GOOD SHAPE 9.1.3 Gravel road maintenance. SEPTEMBER GRADING 9.1.4 Weed removal/spraying. DONE WITH LOOKOUT PULL OFF ADDED FOR NEXT YEAR 9.1.5 Tractor mowing. GOOD 10 Review of bills and expenditures for previous month(s). 11 2025 expenses to date vs. budget.
