Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes • Approved unanimously Moved by Lynn, Seconded by Ron 3. Member Reports • Honorific District, non-encmubrancing only, no cost to city. • Grant being applied for by the County • Lewis and Clark classes scheduled for 2/10, 2/19 • Mary Kolsky, (first oral history interviewee passed away). 4. Building Tour • Completed. Committee is satisfied with building • Will be able to begin populating in October 2026 5. Old Business • Oregon Trail team to meet with Lynn around March 6. Committee Recommendations • Agree to allow a grant to be written on our behalf for a survey of historic buildings in Star. 7. Handbook Review • Committee handbook reviewed 8. Committee Elections • Chairman - Matt Vraspir Nominated by Lynn, seconded by Ron. Unanimously approved. • Secretary - Rick Chromey Nominated by Matt, seconded by Ron. Unanimously approved. 9.
