Roll Call [Matt Vraspir, Ron Ishii(Absent), Lynn Davis, Jane Raynor, Rick Chromey] 2. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes • Approved Unanimously Moved by Lynn, Seconded by Rick 3. Member Reports • Historic District work is proceeding. Meeting went well with Brent. • Mary Arlington for showcasing Oral History Structure in March. • Matt confirming a few key facts before proceeding with no cost grant. • February 10th, and 19th will be Oregon Trail presentations at Star River House. 4. Building Updates • Building will not be ready until October. Shawn getting the committee a floor plan. 5. America 250 Time Capsule • Will seek clarity on committee role from Mayor Chadwick. 6. Old Business • Rick, Lynn Matt, walk through before committee meeting on 2/4/26 • Shawn Nickel recommended reaching out to Jack Kirtly about historic artifacts 7. Committee Recommendations • Begin placing our time capsule in wall in City Hall, Shawn following up. 9.
