Roll Call [Matt Vraspir, Ron Ishii, Lynn Davis, Julie Corley, Jane Raynor, Rick Chromey] 2. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes • Approved Unanimously. Moved by Lynn, Seconded by Rick 3. Member Reports • Historic District work is proceeding, should know answer by next meeting. • Motion to approve $54.99 to purchase equipment for Oral History display. • Approved Unanimously. Moved by Matt, Seconded by Lynn • Invite members of the public and City Officials to March 25th Display at the Library • Introduction of Chris “Hank” Gardiner to the committee. • Approved Unanimously. Moved by Lynn, Seconded by Rick • Ron wants us to align more closely with Library to store items there. • Explained that we are not taking custody of historic documents, only scanning. 4. Building Updates • Committee received a plat of the historic museum to consider workshopping. 5. America 250 Banners • Will officially decide on banners during April meeting. Discussed Moyle Mink, Barns, Oregon trail. 6. Old Business • Nothing Discussed. 7. Committee Recommendations • Place Committee time capsule in City Hall Wall under the stairs. • Recommend appointing Chris “Hank” Gardiner to Historic Committee. 9.
