1. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL

2. Review and approve minutes of last meeting – moved by Burton second by Girard to approve.
Motion passed.
3. ITD Update-Jason Brinkman, Vince Trimboli and Brian discussed the updates to the Hwy 16 (Hwy 44
to Emmett) environmental study update and the Hwy 44 (Hwy 16 to Middleton) environmental study
updates. Mayor Chadwick has commented on the Hwy 16 update. Chris Todd requested the
committee members look at the online documents for Hwy 16 for discussion in our January meeting.
4. CDH4 Update-no update as CDH 4 not present.
5. Pathway Master Plan Update - Ryan Morgan reported that they are close to being complete with the
contract negotiations and plans to have it in on the December 19 Council Agenda for approval.
6. Pathway Agreement Update- Shawn reported Chris Yorguson is working with Bryce Farris to
negotiate a Pathway Agreement with Drainage District No. 2.
