1. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
ATTENDEES:

2. Review and approve minutes of last meeting – moved by Burton to approve minutes. Second by
Todd. Motion passed.
3. HWY 16 –(Hwy 44 to Emmett) Environmental Study cross section review- Mayor has concerns with
options shown and intends to meet with ITD. Will discuss at February meeting.
4. Star Road Pathway Review-Committee supports options shown but wants to continue pursuing long
term road widening.
5. Pathway Master Plan Update - Ryan Morgan still negotiating terms of contract.
6. Pathway Agreement Update- Shawn and Ryan reported they have received a draft agreement.
7. CanAda to Blessinger potential connection discussion-( followup on Steve Burton suggestion)- The
committee decided that the connection from Canada to Purple Sage thru the airport should be
removed in the next ECAMP map update. Ryan has it flagged.
8. STATUS UPDATE
a. CDH4 Update Items- a couple of issues were brought up by Highway District 4. The first is
that HD4 requested a revised impact fee collection schedule from the City of Star. The
Mayor was in favor of matching the other entities receiving impact fees. The second
issue was Bruce Bayne stating that he was meeting with ACHD on many topics, but the
Committee suggested that Bruce include the management of CanAda Road for
maintenance and project work.
