Review and approve minutes of last meeting -Minutes approved 3. Highway District 4 Report-None 4. ACHD Report a. Plummer Road radar relocation-needs to be finalized b. Pollard Road Arterial designation-Pollard has been designated as an arterial. Need to update ECAMP Map 5. STATUS UPDATE a. ACHD FYWP Comment submittal-comments due NLT July 2025 b. Kingsbury Road Extension letter of support to City of Nampa c. Pathway Masterplan Implementation-need a map of ditches and canals d. Downtown Mobilization Plan e. Star Road -Design PHASE moved jup f. A motion was made and passed for the City to petition ITD to have Pollard Road be include in the environmental study for HWY 16 due to the increased traffic expected on Pollard by eliminating the Floating Feather access to HWY 16 9.
