Yes: All. Absent: None. Motion carried. ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE NOTIFIED BY MAIL Mr. Gerstenberg indicated that she is in receipt of a list of people notified by mail of tonight’s meeting. CORRESPONDENCES Ms. Gerstenberg indicated that she had correspondences for tonight. CONSIDERATIONS G13-0020 Sunman, Wayne A. 5463 Mansfield Ave. Hearing on nuisance abatement at this location for improperly stored firewood, debris and outdoor storage – vacuum cleaner, barrel, two mowers, wheelbarrow, metal, window screen, blocks and other miscellaneous items. Memo received from Code Enforcement Coordinator, Paul Geiger, stating that the nuisance has been abated and there is no further cause for action. G13-0021 Rubino, David M. 5440 Mansfield Ave. Hearing on nuisance abatement at this location for overgrown brush, improperly stored garbage cans, privacy fence in disrepair. Memo received from Code Enforcement Coordinator, Paul Geiger, stating that the nuisance has been abated and there is no further cause for action. G13-0022 Gibbs, James H., Jr 5311 Mansfield Ave. Hearing on nuisance abatement at this location for no address on house. Memo received from Code Enforcement Coordinator, Paul Geiger, stating that the nuisance has been abated and there is no further cause for action. G13-0023 Lohrmann, Chris M. 11537 Joslyn Drive. Hearing on nuisance abatement at this location for second story gutter in need of repair, improperly stored garbage, outdoor storage – snow blower, snow shovels. Memo received from Code Enforcement Officer, Horst Hrinciuc, stating that the nuisance has been abated and there is no further cause for action. G13-0024 Yousif, Jason 3190 Marc Drive. Hearing on nuisance abatement at this location for unsecured shed and fence in disrepair. Code Enforcement Officer, Horst Hrinciuc, stated a couple of violations notices were sent. As of today, all the violations still exist. Pictures were shown at this time. Moved by Cooper, supported by Hartson, to declare that a public nuisance exists on the property commonly known as 3190 Marc Drive and to direct the Code Official to abate the violations identified in the attached staff report which give rise to this finding immediately. The Board also authorizes and approves the imposition of a lien against the property, in the amount of the cost of abatement incurred by the City, as permitted by the applicable city ordinance. Hearing on nuisance abatement at this location for missing gutters and downspouts, improperly stored garbage and garbage cans, debris – wood flooring, lattice, brick/concrete/cinder pile, fence sections, bags, crate, pail and other miscellaneous items. Memo received from Code Enforcement Officer, Alan Gross, stating that the nuisance has been abated and there is no further cause for action. G13-0026 Rummell, Chad/Castle Peak 20140-1 Loan Trust (Acqura Loan Services) 13479 Melanie Drive. Hearing on nuisance abatement at this location for debris pile in backyard and other miscellaneous items. Memo received from Code Enforcement Officer, Alan Gross, stating that the nuisance has been abated and there is no further cause for action.
