Call To Order by President Venetis at 6:12 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance and Invocation.
Roll Call. Present: Szatkowski, Taylor, Venetis, Walker.
Present: Executive Director Teresa Jarzab, Sabrina Gaddy, Fourmidable,
Approval of Agenda . Moved by Walker, support by Taylor to approve agenda. Ayes: All.
Approval of Minutes . Moved by Walker, support by Taylor to approve the June 11, 2019
Meeting Minutes as presented. Ayes: All.
RFP Legal Services Interviews

Summaries Ayes: All.
2. Moved by Walker, support by Taylor to approve the Section 8 Voucher Program Operating
Summaries. Ayes: All.
Service Coordinator Report
Social worker Michelle Horgan worked with 53 clients in May.
Public Housing Report.
98% occupied. 0 move outs, 1 move ins.
Waitlisted: 100
14 leasing calls.

36 families on voucher program. 12 on the waitlist.
0 vouchers available.
Maintenance Report.
0 emergency service requests, 6 YTD. 105 service requests, 1,121 YTD.
Smart burners are installed. Parking Lot repairs started.
Business
1. Monthly Management Reports . Moved by Szatkowski, support by Walker to approve the
monthly management reports as presented by Fourmidable. Ayes: All.
2. Operating & Voucher Program Summaries (Register & Utility Payables ). Moved by
Walker, support by Szatkowski, to approve the housing assistance program register and
utility payables as presented by Fourmidable. Ayes: All.
Agenda
1. Moved by Szatkowski, support by Walker, to award the Exterior Window and Screen
Washing to Global Building Services, whose address is 26403 W. Grand River Ave,
Redford, MI 48240, in the amount of $12,000, under resolution 2019-7-01
2. Moved by Walker, support by Taylor, to award the Contract to Gold Star Commercial,
whose address is 264 Executive Drive, Troy MI 48083, for the Unit Turn Painting
Program in the amount of $487.50 per unit, under resolution 2019-7-02
3. Moved by Walker, support by Szatkowski, to award the Contract to Solar Contract
Carpets, whose address is, 12227 Beech Daly road, Redford, MI 48239, for the Unit
Turn Carpet/Vinyl Program in the amount of $1,410.79 per unit, under resolution 2019-
7-03
4. Moved by Walker, support by Szatkowski, to award a one year Contract to Michelle
Horgan, for Social Worker Service Provider in the amount not to exceed $24,186.24,
under resolution 2019-7-04

Thank you for the new custodian, he is doing an excellent job.
Residents found the meeting and Legal Services interviews very interesting.
Tom Szatkowski, asked if we still have parking issues, Ms. Jarzab explained that the new
policies are helping, but it appears that we will never have enough parking available.
