Execute a standard agreement with Friends Outside to provide CalVIP program support, including but limited to; mentorship, wraparound services, emergency relocation, housing assistance, and work readiness in the amount of $600,621 (Attachment D); and 3. Execute a standard agreement with Mora Learning Institute (MLI) to provide leadership training, which includes but is not limited to; organizational communication, leadership responsibility, life coaching support, and strategic planning in the amount of $110,000 (Attachment E); and 4. Execute a standard agreement with Choices for Freedom Inc. to provide a credible messenger lead group that helps high-risk individuals understand the interconnected societal relationships and gain insight as participants in a larger society for the duration of the CalVIP program in the amount of $203,742 (Attachment G); and 6. Execute a standard agreement with UC Davis to provide curriculum development and training for OVP and partner agencies related to case management and addressing/mitigating trauma in the amount of $140,000 (Attachment H); and 7. Execute a standard agreement with San Joaquin Community Data Co-Op to provide research and evaluation services for CalVIP grant activities in the amount of $58,361 (Attachment I); and 8. Authorize the City Manager to execute a standard agreement within existing contract authority limits with Moss Adams who will provide a financial audit of the three-year CalVIP grant period in the amount of $25,000.
