Department: Municipal Utilities Attachments: Attachment A - Draft Staff Report Attachment B - Draft Proposed Resolution Attachment C - Draft Exhibit 1 3.3 21-0076 CONSIDERATION OF THE DRAFT STAFF REPORT - ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER INCREASES IN THE CITY’S WATER RATES AND CHARGES AND TO MAIL A NOTICE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE PROPOSED INCREASES TO THE WATER RATES AND CHARGES AND FORWARD A RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL Recommended Action: RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the Council Water Committee consider the Draft Staff Report - Adopt a Resolution Authorizing a Public Hearing to Consider Increases in the City's Water Rates and Charges and to Mail a Notice of the Public Hearing to Consider the Proposed Increase to the Water Rates and Charges and forward a recommendation to the City Council for consideration and approval.
