Department: Community Development 5.2 18-4992 MOTION TO APPROVE CULTURAL HERITAGE BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2019 Recommended Action: RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the Cultural Heritage Board approve by motion a meeting schedule for the Calendar Year 2019. Department: Community Development 5.3 18-4979 CONSIDERATION OF A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS FOR PROPOSED REHABILITATION OF THE SPRUCE BUILDING LOCATED WITHIN THE UNVERSITY PARK MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN AT 1203 NORTH GRANT STREET Recommended Action: RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the Cultural Heritage Board recommend issuance of a Certificate of Appropriateness based on the findings and subject to the conditions herein.
