It is also recommended that the City Manager be authorized to take the necessary and appropriate actions to carry out the purpose and intent of this resolution. Authorize the City to enter into a Marketing Agreement with Utility Service Partners Inc. to offer the National League of Cities Service Line warranty program to homeowners in the City of Stockton's Service Area over an initial term of five (5) years; and 2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to take appropriate and necessary actions to carry out the purpose and intent of this motion.
