ELECTION OF MAYOR PRO TEMPORE: Motion and Vote: Councilmember George Turner nominated Diane Adoma, (Dist. 5) for Mayor Pro Tempore and Councilmember Rob Turner (Dist. 2) nominated Jazzmin Cobble (Dist.3) Result: Mayor Lury, Jimmy Clanton, George Turner and Diane Adoma voted in favor of Diane Adoma. Rob Turner and Jazzmin Cobble voted in favor of Jaz.zmin Cobble. The Vote resulted 4 to 2 for Diane Adoma (Dist. 5) 8. RESOLUTION OF APPOINTMENTS Motion and Vote: Mayor Lary moved to approve the appointment of Acting City Clerk, Carolyn Andrews.
