Define quorum for meetings and business vote, define duties of treasurer and secretary; adopt ethics policy of the city 2. Discuss dates when URA meeting minutes will be ready for approval 3. Review and take necessary action(s) on contract for professional services for Finance Advisor 4. Discussion on whether to establish a complete separate bank account for URA from the City and Discussion of the sales Proceeds from the Sears Sale 5. Review budget, tax, annual report and audit requirements pursuant to the bylaws of the URA IV.
