CALL TO ORDER: Chair ~ Jazzmin Cobble II. ROLL CALL: Deputy City Clerk ~ Sonya Isom III. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Purchase and Sales Agreement Motion 1 - to go into Executive Session. Made by Member Rob Turner and seconded by Secretary George Turner. Motion passed unanimously. Motion 2 - to leave Executive Session and return to the scheduled URA meeting. Made by Member Rob Turner and seconded by Secretary George Turner. Motion passed unanimously. Motion 3 – to continue with Purchase and Sales Agreement brought before the URA, amended to what was pursuant in Executive Session and to authorize the City Manager and staff to close. Made by Member Jason Lary and seconded by Member Tammy Grimes. Motion passed unanimously. IV.
