STORY CITY, IOWA July 6, 2021 Mayor Jensen called the council meeting to order on July 6, 2021, at 7:00 pm in City Hall. Present: Mayor Jensen, Administrator Jackson, Council Members: Ostrem, Phillips, and Sporleder Absent: Council Members Solberg and O’Connor, Attorney Larson Motion by Ostrem, seconded by Phillips, to amend the agenda to add Permits: Liquor 3. Yesway- 527 Park Ave. Aye: Ostrem, Phillips, and Sporleder Nay: None Motion Carried Motion by Ostrem, seconded by Phillips, to approve the June 21, 2021 regular meeting. Aye: Ostrem, Phillips, and Sporleder Nay: None Motion Carried ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS A) Approve Engineering Services agreement with CGA for 2021/2022 Water Main Improvement Project Motion by Sporleder, seconded by Ostrem, to approve Engineering Services agreement with CGA for 2021/2022 Water Main Improvement Project fee not to exceed $98,000. Administrator Jackson: They will be on slabs. General Discussion on the baseball diamonds projects and outline of the proposed general improvements. Mayor Jensen: Discussion on the celebration of life for Fran Kinne.
