STROUDSBURG BOROUGH COUNCIL FEBRUARY 1, 2020 SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES A special meeting of the Stroudsburg Borough Council convened at 10:40 A.M. on February 1, 2020 with the following members present: Council President Anthony Lanfrank, Vice-President of Council Matt Abell, Councilman Boyd Weiss, and Councilman James Smith. Mayor Tarah Probst was absent as were Council President Pro-Tem Erica McCabe, Councilman Jim Evanisko, and Councilwoman Victoria DeVries. Scott Fiore, TriStarr Staffing Recruiting Consulting, and Christopher Fletcher, candidate for the Borough Manager position were present. A motion was made by Mr. Smith, seconded by Mr. Abell to go in to executive session at 10:41 A.M. for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter, specifically to interview Christopher Fletcher for the position of Borough Manager. Mr. Fiore was included in the executive session. The motion was carried with all present voting affirmatively. (4-yes; 0-no; 0-abstentions) The executive session was concluded at 12:23 P.M. on a motion made by Mr. Abell, seconded by Mr. Weiss. The motion was carried with all present voting affirmatively. (4-yes; 0-no; 0-abstentions) The Council interviewed Christopher Fletcher during the executive session. No action was taken. The meeting was adjourned at 12:24 P.M. on a motion made by Mr. Weiss, seconded by Mr. Abell. The motion was carried with all present voting affirmatively. (4-yes; 0-no; 0-abstentions)
