Consideration to approve a request from The African-American Network to conduct the Fourteenth Annual JuneTeenth Freedom Festival on Saturday, June 13, 2020. 20. Consideration to approve a request from Stroud Region Open Space and Recreation Commission to hold the Levee Loop Trail Run and Walk on Sunday, June 7, 2020. 21. Consideration to adopt a Resolution to approve an addendum to the Stroud Area Regional Open Space and Recreation Plan of 2002 by the addition of the Stroud Region Trail Gap Analysis. 22. Acknowledge the receipt of a request from CLA, LLC. for the placement of a dumpster in a parking spot in Municipal Parking Lot 3 behind 717-719 Main Street. 23. Consideration to approve a request from the Pocono Mountains Chapter of the American Red Cross for a waiver of the Banner Permit Fee for the 2020 Run for the Red Marathon. 24.
