14. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit Request C13-03, submitted by Richard J.
Ducharme of Ducharme Enix, Inc. lessee, on behalf of Harbour View Station, J.V. LLC,
property owner for live entertainment, in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the
Unified Development Ordinance

15. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit Request C14-03, submitted by E. Rodney Flores of
Pinnacle Group Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Tabernacle Christian Church, property owner,
to construct and operate a large religious assembly facility with daycare use located on East
Washington Street approximately 1,000 feet southwest of Suburban Drive in accordance
with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Ordinance

16. Public Hearing - Ordinance Text Amendment OA-7-03, for a text amendment to the Unified
Development Ordinance, initiated by the Planning Commission, for the purpose of amending
Section 31-601(h)(2)(c)(iii) in regard to adequate public facilities for schools

17. Ordinance - An ordinance to appropriate funds from the restricted
retained earnings of the Public Utilities fund for the
acquisition of private community well systems - First Reading

through truck traffic on a certain section of Nansemond Parkway

An appointment to the Industrial Development Authority - Joseph Copeland
was appointed to the Industrial Development Authority. Approved 7-0
A request to schedule a public hearing at the February 18, 2004, to receive
public comment on the Virginia Department of Transportation Secondary
Roadway Prioritization Plan and Budget for Fiscal year 2004-2005.
