Enforcement Block Grant from the U. S. Department of Justice and appropriating a local
cash match – First Reading

12. Ordinance – An ordinance amending Chapter 54 entitled “Miscellaneous Offenses” of
the Code of the City of Suffolk, Virginia, to include a section regarding panhandling
