square feet of right-of-way located on the east side of Harbour View
Boulevard. The subject area is further identified as Tax Map 6, a portion
of Parcels 2J*A and 2J*B, Sleepy Hole Voting Borough, Nansemond
Taxing District, and zoned M1, Light Industrial
