The subject area is further identified as Tax Map 6, a portion of Parcels 2J*A and 2J*B, Sleepy Hole Voting Borough, Nansemond Taxing District, and zoned M1, Light Industrial Approved 6-0-1 (Council Member Brown was out of the chamber at the time of the vote.) 16. Motion – A motion to cancel the December 1, 2004, City Council Meeting Approved 7-0 20. Motion – A motion to schedule a Work Session for December 15, 2004, at 4:00 p.m., unless canceled Approved 7-0 There was a motion to amend the agenda to consider the following items: An appointment to the Tidewater Emergency Medical Services Council – Robert Hundley An appointment to the Substance Abuse and Youth Council – Johnnie Edwards Approved 7-0 A motion to schedule a public hearing at the December 15, 2004, City Council meeting for the purpose of receiving comments on the proposed Capital Improvements Budget and Plan.
