Consent Agenda – An ordinance to appropriate funds from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund for a review and update of the Cash Proffer Study – Second Reading A motion was made to continue consideration of this item to the March 16, 2005, City Council meeting. Motion – A motion to schedule a public hearing for the February 16, 2005, City Council meeting to consider the transfer of the road system from the Virginia Department of Transportation to the City Approved 7-0 17.
