Approved 7-0 There was a motion to amend the agenda to consider the following items, and all of these items were approved by a vote of 7-0: Appointments to the South Hampton Roads Disability Services Board – Geraldine Diggs and Jeneen White An appointment to the Medical College of Hampton Roads Board of Visitors – Rosemary Check 18. Late Appearances – Guidelines for the Late Appearances period are outlined in the City Code Section 2-96 and permit each speaker five (5) minutes to address City Council.
