Consent Agenda - An ordinance to accept and appropriate project income for the Fifth Judicial District Community Corrections Program - Second Reading Approved 7-0 7. Consent Agenda - An ordinance to accept and appropriate a Virginia Exile Program Grant renewal award from the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services and providing for a local cash match - Second Reading Approved 7-0 8. Consent Agenda - An ordinance to apply, accept and appropriate a 2005 State Homeland Security Program Grant from the Virginia Department of Emergency Management - Second Reading Approved 7-0 9. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit Request C6-05, submitted by Jeffery L. Gardy on behalf of Gordon A. and Mary M. Van Schoick, property owners to permit the operation of a machine shop in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Ordinance Approved 7-0 15. Resolution - Six (6) resolutions requesting the Virginia Department of Transportation to establish projects utilizing Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) program funds Approved 7-0 16. Motion - A motion to schedule a Work Session for July 6, 2005, at 4:00 p.m., unless canceled. Approved 7-0 2 A motion to amend the agenda to consider the following item was approved by a vote of 7-0: An appointment to the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission – Bobby L. Ralph Approved 7-0 Receipt of bid for electric service franchise for study by City staff – Dominion Virginia Power No City Council Action was required. An ordinance approving pay for performance salaries in excess of established maximum salary ranges Approved 7-0 19. Late Appearance - Guidelines for the Late Appearances period are outlined in the City Code Section 2-96 and permit each speaker five (5) minutes to address City Council.
