Approved 7-0 A motion to amend the agenda to consider the following items was approved by a vote of 7-0: An appointment to the Fine Arts Commission - Susan Blair An appointment to the Welfare Advisory Board - Jeffrey Perkins A motion to authorize the advertisement for a proposed electricity franchise. 20. Late Appearance – Guidelines for the Late Appearances period are outlined in the City Code Section 2-96 and permit each speaker five (5) minutes to address City Council.
