- An ordinance levying real property taxes for the tax year beginning July 1, 2006
and ending June 30, 2007
- An ordinance to levy taxes on all tangible personal property not either exempt
from taxation or otherwise taxed for the 2006 and 2007 tax years
- An ordinance approving the City Budget and appropriating funds for expenditures
contemplated during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006 and ending June 30,
2007, in the amount $375,908,879 and regulating the payment of money out of
the City Treasury
- An ordinance to amend the Code of the City of Suffolk Chapter 82, Taxation,
Article XV, by creating section 82-682 “Emergency Ambulance Transportation
Service Fees”
- An ordinance to repeal Article XIX, of Chapter 82 of the Code of the City of
Suffolk entitled “Vehicle Licenses” and adopt a new Article XIX to be entitled
“Vehicle License Fees” to eliminate the requirement for City Decals for all motor
vehicles and to establish a vehicle license fee
- An ordinance approving a fee schedule for the City of Suffolk
By unanimous consent these items were continued to the June 21, 2006,
City Council meeting.
16. Motion - A motion to schedule a Work Session for June 21, 2006, at 4:00 p.m., unless
canceled.

City Code Section 2-96 and permit each speaker five (5) minutes to address City Council.
