14. Public Hearing - Ordinance Text Amendment, OA3-06 – Transitional Housing
(Temporary Shelters), amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance of the Code of
the City of Suffolk, Table 406-1, Principal Uses Permitted in Zoning Districts and
Appendix A, Definitions, in order to permit the establishment and operation of
Transitional Housing (Temporary Shelters) in the A, Agricultural District, and the OI,
Office Institutional District as a matter of right and to provide a definition of such use

allow the operation of flex office spaces and to permit a fitness club in accordance with

of the City of Suffolk, Virginia with the issuance and sale of general obligation refunding
bonds, Series 2006, in the maximum amount of $43,000,000 by the City of Suffolk,
Virginia, and establishing the terms, details and provisions for the payment thereof

18. Resolution - A resolution authorizing the crossing of the City owned former CSX
Railroad right-of-way for a public street to provide secondary access to the Olde Mill
Creek Subdivision
