Ordinance - An ordinance authorizing the refunding of certain general obligation bonds of the City of Suffolk, Virginia with the issuance and sale of general obligation refunding bonds, Series 2006, in the maximum amount of $43,000,000 by the City of Suffolk, Virginia, and establishing the terms, details and provisions for the payment thereof This item was continued by the unanimous consent of City Council at the request of Interim City Manager James Vacalis 18. Resolution - A resolution authorizing the crossing of the City owned former CSX Railroad right-of-way for a public street to provide secondary access to the Olde Mill Creek Subdivision Approved 7-0 19. Motion -A motion to cancel the December 6, 2006, City Council meeting Approved 7-0 20. Motion - A motion to schedule a Work Session for December 20, 2006, at 4:00 p.m., unless canceled Approved 7-0 A motion to amend the agenda to consider the following items was approved by a vote of 7-0: A motion to appoint Council Member Charles Brown and Council Member Leroy Bennett as the voting delegate and alternate delegate for the National League of Cities Business Meeting.
