Ordinance - An ordinance authorizing the refunding of certain General Obligation Bonds of the City of Suffolk, Virginia with the issuance and sale of General Obligation Refunding Bonds Series 2007, in the maximum amount of $75,000,000 by the City of Suffolk, Virginia, and establishing the terms, details and provisions for the payment thereof Approved 7-0 2 A motion to schedule a public hearing at the March 21, 2007, City Council meeting to receive public comment on the An ordinance authorizing the refunding of certain General Obligation Bonds of the City of Suffolk, Virginia with the issuance and sale of General Obligation Refunding Bonds Series 2007, in the maximum amount of $75,000,000 by the City of Suffolk, Virginia, and establishing the terms, details and provisions for the payment thereof Approved 7-0 20. Resolution - A resolution declaring appropriation commitment to the School Board and transfer of Capital Funds for the new Hillpoint Elementary School Approved 7-0 21. Motion - A motion to schedule a Work Session for March 7, 2007, at 4:00 p.m., unless canceled Approved 7-0 A motion to amend the agenda to add the following items for consideration was approved 7-0. Late Appearances - Guidelines for the Late Appearances period are outlined in the City Code Section 2-96 and permit each speaker five (5) minutes to address City Council.
