Late Appearances - Guidelines for the Late Appearances period are outlined in the City Code Section 2-96 and permit each speaker five (5) minutes to address City Council. There is no limitation on the total time period for Late Appearances. 14. Announcements and Comments from City Council Members A motion to refer to the Planning Commission for consideration and recommendation, a change to the Unified Development Ordinance to allow indoor amusement centers within the Agricultural zoning district was approved by a vote of 7-0. 15.
