Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit Request, C09-07, submitted by R. Public Hearing - Street Vacation Request, SV3-07, submitted by Galberry Corporation, property owner, for the vacation of 4,341.06 square feet of right-of-way located in the Brians Lane cul-de-sac. The property affected is located at Tax Map 33P, Parcels 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62 and 63, Holy Neck Voting Borough, and zoned RL, Residential Low Density District Approved 7-0 21. Public Hearing - Ordinance Text Amendment, 0A3-07, initiated by the Suffolk Planning Commission for an amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance of the City of Suffolk, Chapter 31, Article 4, Zoning, Section 31-407, Dimensional and Density Regulations, Table 407-1.1 Approved 7-0 22. Motion - A motion regarding the acceptance of a bid for the lease of Hangar D-1 Approved 7-0 23. Motion - A motion to transfer Contingency funds to provide funding for the City Reception at the 2007 Peanut Fest Approved 7-0 24. Motion - A motion to schedule a Work Session for October 3, 2007, at 4:00 p.m., unless canceled. Approved 7-0 A motion to amend the agenda to add the following items for consideration was approved by a vote of 7-0. A motion to nominate and appoint Cynthia Rohlf to the Eastern Virginia Health Systems Agency, Incorporated was approved by a vote of 7-0. A motion to schedule a public hearing at the October 17, 2007, City Council meeting to receive public comment regarding the authorization to issue debt through the Virginia Resource Authority fall pool and to set the maximum not to exceed amount of that debt was approved by a vote of 7-0. 25. Late Appearances - Guidelines for the Late Appearances period are outlined in the City Code Section 2-96 and permit each speaker five (5) minutes to address City Council. There is no limitation on the total time period for Late Appearances. No City Council action required. 26. Announcements and Comments from City Council Members No City Council action required. 3 27.
