consideration was approved by a vote of 7-0.
A motion to nominate and appoint Cynthia Rohlf to the Eastern
Virginia Health Systems Agency, Incorporated was approved by a vote
of 7-0.
A motion to schedule a public hearing at the October 17, 2007,
City Council meeting to receive public comment regarding the
authorization to issue debt through the Virginia Resource Authority fall
pool and to set the maximum not to exceed amount of that debt was
approved by a vote of 7-0.
25. Late Appearances - Guidelines for the Late Appearances period are outlined in the
City Code Section 2-96 and permit each speaker five (5) minutes to address City Council.
There is no limitation on the total time period for Late Appearances.
