Approved 4-3, Mayor Johnson and Council Members Gardy and Parr voted in opposition 14. Staff Report - Acceptance of Airport Hangar D-1 Lease Proposals Bids were received and the solicitation of bids were closed. The City Manager was directed to report back with recommendation. 15. Motion - A motion to schedule a Work Session for September 19, 2007, at 4:00 p.m., unless canceled. Approved 7-0 A motion to amend the agenda to add the following items for consideration was approved by a vote of 7-0. A motion to approve a transfer from the City Contingency Fund in the amount of $60,000 to provide for payment for an analysis of the real estate assessment process was approved by a vote of 7-0. Appointment of Stacy Waters-Bailey to the Western Tidewater Community Services Board was approved by a vote of 7-0. 2 16.
