Council Member Johnson acknowledged Mrs. Armbruster. Council Member Johnson encouraged residents to attend the upcoming Holland Ruritan Founders Day. Council Member Johnson extended his condolences to the family of the late Judge Edward Bagnell. Council Member Ward acknowledged City Administration for its response during the recent tornado. Council Member Duman reported he attended the following: Suffolk Leadership Breakfast; an event honoring public safety personnel; the City Employee Appreciation Luncheon and the Law Enforcement Memorial event. Council Member Duman acknowledged City Administration for its response during the recent tornado. Council Member Duman opined about the Operating and Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2019-2020. Council Member Milteer opined about the Operating and Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2019-2020. Council Member Fawcett opined about the Operating and Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2019-2020.
