Wayne White, 4216 Coltrane Avenue, representing the Pughsville Civic League, opined about paper streets and the need for a sidewalk on Town Point Road. NEW BUSINESS City Clerk Dawley presented the following board and commission nomination: Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners – Clementine Cove.
