A. PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT PS18-08, Burbage Drive Extended, submitted
by Charles J. Bodnar, P.E., of Hoggard-Eure Associates, P.C., on behalf of CH&B
Associates, LLP; CTR, LLP; and Battlefield Industrial Associates, property owners, for
the purpose of creating 7 commercial parcels along with a right-of-way dedication for
Burbage Drive (extended). The property affected is located northeast of the intersection of
Townpoint Road and College Drive and is further identified as Tax Map 6, Parcels 12D,
12D*1, 12E, 13, 13A*3, Sleepy Hole Voting Borough, zoned B-2, General Commercial
Zoning District.
B. PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT PS04-09, East Suffolk Land Company,
submitted by R. Mitchell Wilcox, P.E., of Commonwealth Engineering Group, on behalf
of Oswald W. Hoffler, Jr., property owner, for the purpose of creating 18 residential lots.
The property affected is located at the intersection of White Marsh Road, Locust Street,
and Jefferson Street and is further identified as Tax Map 35G, Block(E), Parcels 25*A,
25*B, and 25*C, Cypress Voting Borough, zoned RU (conditional), Residential Urban
Zoning District.

A. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST C18-08, submitted by Melvin A. Boone, of
the Angelical Christian Worship Center, contract purchaser, on behalf of PPC
Construction Landmark Homes, Inc., property owner, for a large religious assembly
building in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development
Ordinance. The affected parcel is located at the northeast corner intersection of Wilroy
Road and River Creek Drive and is further identified as Tax Map 26G(1), Parcel A,
Cypress Voting Borough, zoned O-I, Office-Institutional Zoning District (Conditional).
B. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST C20-08, submitted by Adam M. Carroll,

Esq., of Saunders, Barlow, Riddick, Babineau, PC, on behalf of Andrew Fekete, M.D.,
contract purchaser and Jack K. and Joann H. Fowler, property owners, to permit the
operation of an indoor shooting range in accordance with Sections 31-306 and 31-406 of
the Unified Development Ordinance. The affected parcel is located at 1259 Carolina Road
and is further identified as Tax Map 44, Parcel 80A, Whaleyville Voting Borough, zoned
B-2, General Commercial Zoning District.
