REZONING REQUEST RZ05A-05 (CONDITIONAL), Murphys Mill Road Condominiums, submitted by Whitney G. Saunders, Esq., of Saunders & Ojeda, P.C., applicant, on behalf of GGMM Enterprises, Inc., property owner, to amend the rezoning request by removing proffers requiring age restriction. The affected property is located on the north side of Murphy’s Mill Road, approximately 600 feet from its intersection with North Main Street and is further identified as Tax Map 25A, Parcel J12, Suffolk Voting Borough, zoned RU, Residential Urban (Conditional) Zoning District. The 2026 Comprehensive Plan designates this area as part of the Central Suburban/Urban Growth Area (Inner Ring Suburban). B. REZONING REQUEST RZ05-08 (CONDITIONAL), submitted by M. Paul Warner on behalf of Davis Blvd., LLC, and the City of Suffolk, property owners, for a change in zoning from RLM, Residential Low Medium Density and A, Agricultural Districts to RU, Residential Urban District on parcels totaling approximately 62.22 acres. The properties affected are located to the east of White Marsh Road and at the terminus of Davis Boulevard. The properties are further identified as Tax Map 35, a portion of Parcel 168, Parcel 168C and Tax Map 35J, Parcel J+, Cypress Voting Borough. The 2026 Comprehensive Plan designates this area as part of the Central Suburban/Urban Growth Area (Core Support). C. SUBDIVISION VARIANCE REQUEST V01-09, submitted by Kelly Holloman, of Landmark Design Group, on behalf of Upton Farms, Inc. and Prologis, property owners, for two variances from Section 31-612(c)(3) and Section 31-612(f)(7) of the Unified Development Ordinance regarding the maximum cul-de-sac length in the M2, Heavy Industrial Zoning District, and street connectivity to Northgate Commerce Park. The affected properties are located at 5045 Nansemond Parkway and are further identified as a portion of Tax Map 20, Parcel 22 and a portion of Parcel 25*1A*1, Nansemond Voting Borough, zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial Zoning District. 4.
