CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST C09-09, submitted by Charles P. and Deborah K. Biesecker, property owners, for an accessory dwelling unit in accordance with Sections 31- 306, 31-406, and 31-701(b)(13) and (15) of the Unified Development Ordinance. ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT OA04-09, initiated by the Suffolk Planning Commission for an amendment to the Code of the City of Suffolk, Chapter 31, Unified Development Ordinance, Article 6, Section 31-611, Stormwater Runoff, to amend the stormwater regulations to be consistent with the Virginia Stormwater Management Handbook, the City of Suffolk’s Public Facilities Manual, Chapter 35 of the City Code of Suffolk, and to provide for a pro rata participation in the City’s stormwater management system. 5.
