Family Transfers: A. FAMILY TRANSFER SUBDIVISION PLAT, FT4-09, submitted by James A. Weaver, requesting a family transfer subdivision pursuant to Section 31-514 of the Unified Development Ordinance. The affected property is located at 7032 Quaker Drive and is further identified as Tax Map 51*12, Holy Neck Voting Borough, zoned A, Agricultural Zoning District. B. FAMILY TRANSFER SUBDIVISION PLAT, FT5-09, submitted by Paul S. Winslow and Page 1  Cynthia B. Winslow, requesting a family transfer subdivision pursuant to Section 31-514 of the Unified Development Ordinance.
