CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST C15-12, submitted by Miriam S. Copeland, applicant, on the behalf of White Family Company, LLC, property owner, to permit a place of Shanda worship in accordance with Section 31-306 and 31-406 of the Unified Development Davenport Ordinance. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST C17-12, submitted by Brian E. The affected property is located at 6315 Whaleyville Boulevard, and is further identified as Zoning Map 64A Parcels T82 and T83, Whaleyville Voting Borough, zoned VC, Village Center District. C. ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT OA3-12, initiated by the Suffolk Planning Commission for an amendment to the City’s Airport Overlay District regulations found in, Scott Mills Article 4, Zoning, Section 31-414, of the Unified Development Ordinance to include the Hampton Roads Executive Airport. Page 1 D. STREET VACATION SV-01-12, submitted by Michael A. Culpepper of CRES-EG Development, LLC, on behalf of Constance Land Investors, LLC, and Janie S. Jordan, Shanda applicants, for the vacation of Johnson Lane and Lawshe Lane. The properties affected are Davenport located on the north side of West Constance Road and the west side of North Main Street and are further identified as adjacent to Zoning Map 34G5(A) Parcels, 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7A and Zoning Map 34G11(A) Parcels 7, 8 and 9*10*11, Suffolk Voting Borough, zoned CBD, Central Business Zoning District. 5. Old Business A. REZONING REQUEST RZ05-12,(Conditional) Walgreens Pharmacy, submitted by Michael A. Culpepper of CRES-EG Development, LLC, on behalf of Constance Land Investors, LLC, and Janie S. Jordan, property owners, to request a change in zoning from CBD, Central Business District, to B2, General Commercial District and to remove the Historic Conservation Overlay District for properties identified as Zoning Map 34G5(A) Shanda Parcels 1, 2 and 4 and 34G11(A) Parcels 4*5, 6*6A, 7 and 8 and to rezone from CBD, Central Davenport Business District, to B2, General Commercial District for properties identified as Zoning Map 34G5(A) Parcels 7A and 34G11(A) Parcels 9*10*11, 12 and 12A . The affected parcels are located at 112, 114 and 126 West Constance Road, Suffolk Voting Borough, zoned CBD, Central Business District. The 2026 Comprehensive Plan designates this area as part of the Central Suburban/Urban Development Growth Area (Mixed Use Core). 7. New Business A.
