CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST C21-12, submitted by Ruth S. Baker, property owner, to operate a bed and breakfast including receptions, private parties and/or similar activities in accordance with Sections 31-306, 31-406 and 31-703 of the Unified Development Ordinance.
