Russell, property owner, to rezone and amend the official zoning map of the City of Suffolk to change the zoning from B-2, General Commercial (Conditional) zoning district, to B-2, General Commercial (Conditional) zoning district, for property located at 102 Staley Drive, Zoning Map 33A, Parcel(s) AW*1. The intent of this request is to amend the previously approved proffered conditions pertaining to the use and development of the subject property. The affected area is further identified as being located in the Holy Neck Voting Borough, zoned B-2, General Commercial (Conditional) zoning district.
