iii. Ordinance to amend Chapter 32, Zoning, Article IV, Historic Preservation, Section 32‐175

e. Petition by Greenwave Self Storage, LLC to annex Dorchester County TMS# 144‐00‐00‐019
(approximately 2.37 acres) located at 434 Orangeburg Road, currently zoned CG General Commercial

f. Petition by Town of Summerville to annex Dorchester County TMS# 153‐00‐00‐141 (approximately
7.26 acres) located on Ridge Road, currently zoned R‐4, Multi‐Family Residential in Dorchester County
and will be zoned PL, Public Land, upon annexation in the Town of Summerville’s municipal limits.
(Planning Commission held a public hearing and made a recommendation for approval at their
meeting on February 26, 2018)

$28,685.00 for a 2018 Ford Police Interceptor SUV as a replacement for the K9 vehicle #P301
that was totaled. In addition, authorize expenditures not to exceed $25,000.00 for costs
associated with electronics and outfitting of the vehicle. Funds to come from insurance
proceeds, with the remaining amount to come from Fund Balance. (Police Department)
