Petition by Town of Summerville to annex Dorchester County TMS# 153‐00‐00‐141 (approximately 7.26 acres) located on Ridge Road, currently zoned R‐4, Multi‐Family Residential in Dorchester County and will be zoned PL, Public Land, upon annexation in the Town of Summerville’s municipal limits. In addition, authorize expenditures not to exceed $25,000.00 for costs associated with electronics and outfitting of the vehicle.
