Parks and Recreation Committee: No agenda items for November 2. Planning and Development Committee: No agenda items for November 3. Public Safety Committee: No agenda items for November 4. Public Works Committee: a. Consideration of name change of Public Works Committee to enable Mayor and chairman of the committee to serve as ex-officio members of the Public Works and Committee on Water Supply. b. Proposed Traffic Solutions for Golf Road and Spring Road at US-17A c. Stop sign installation criteria 5. Finance Committee: a. Presentation of October 2021 financial reports - Rhonda Moore. Director of Finance b. Financial Requisitions: 1. Authorization to issue a purchase order in the amount of $57,189.00 to Vic Bailey Ford for the purchase of a Ford F-250 Crew Cab Pick-up Truck on State Contract for the Fire Department. Funds to come from lease purchase proceeds. Request from Fire Department. 2. Authorization to issue a purchase order in the amount of $62,394.00 to Vic Bailey Ford for the purchase of a Ford Expedition Max on State Contract for the Fire Department. Funds to come from lease purchase proceeds. Request from Police Department. 3. Authorization to issue a purchase order to Motorola Solutions for 14 Mobile Radios and Accessories (APX6000) on State Contract totaling $76,819.82. Funds to come from approved budgeted capital funds. Request from Police Department. 4. Authorization to issue a purchase order to Vic Bailey Ford in the amount of $62,673 for two Ford F250s. Funds to come from lease purchase. This is on state contract. Request from the Parks and Recreation Department. 5. Authorization to issue a purchase order to Performance Automotive Group for 18 Dodge Durango Police Vehicles on State Contract totaling $550,088.00. Funds to come from lease purchase proceeds. Authorization to issue a purchase order to Motorola Solutions for 15 In-car Radios Systems (APX6000) on State Contract totaling $38,560.18. Funds to come from lease purchase proceeds. Request from Police Department. 7. Authorization to issue a purchase order to Motorola Solutions for 15 Mobile Video Recording Devices and License Keys (4RE) on State Contract totaling $79,100.25. Funds to come from lease purchase proceeds. Request from Police Department. 8. Authorization to issue a purchase order to West Chatham Warning Devices for Police Vehicle Parts, Labor, and Installation for 18 Dodge Durangos $167,981.40. This is on state contract. Funds to come from lease purchase proceeds. Request from Police Department. 9. Authorization to issue a purchase order to Kustom Signal Corporation for 15 Speed Measuring Devices (13-Golden Eagle II and 2 Golden Eagle III) totaling $29,997.79. This is on state contract. Funds to come from lease purchase proceeds. Request from Police Department. c. Authorization for the Town Administrator to enter into an agreement with Clemson University for Stormwater Consortium Membership. Membership cost is $35,000 annually. Funds to come from Stormwater Fund. Request from Public Works Department. d. Authorization to surplus and sell the following vehicles from the Streets Department: 1998 Chevrolet C-8500 Debris truck S81, 1999 Chevrolet C-8500 Debris truck S90, 1998 International 4900 Dump truck S89, 2007 Freightliner M2-106 Leaf Vacuum truck S99. e. Discussion of proposed uses of American Rescue Plan funds f. Authorize the Mayor or Town Administrator to execute a grant agreement in the amount of $2,820,851 from the S.C. Department of Commerce for the Maple Street Improvement Project. g. Discussion of Shewmaker Development agreement 6. Executive Session: Contractual matters a. Contractual Matters Related to Contract for Services with Steven Fooshe & Associates, LLC b. Contractual Matters Related to Dorchester Senior Citizens Center 7. Other Business: a.
