Second and final reading of an ordinance relating to the recovery of collection costs as a part of delinquent debts collected pursuant to the Setoff Debt Collection Act. 7. Introduction of Bills and Resolutions – N/A 8. Miscellaneous a. Quitclaim deed request from Ronald C. Boller, Jr. and Chana N. Boller of 105 Graham St to the Town of Summerville for a portion of unimproved road right-of-way known as Phelon Street. The affected parcels are TMS# 137-14-09-042 and TMS# 137-14-09-026. b. Consideration of stormwater fee ordinance c. Consideration of SCDOT Turnback Program d. Discussion on the following financial requisition from Finance Committee meeting 10/8/18: i. Approval to issue a purchase order to Supergreen Solutions in the amount of $875,772.00 for LED lighting upgrade at Gahagan Park.
