Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract when all necessary conditions have been met, - Approve a 10% contingency for Year 1 services in the amount of $14,500, and - Delegate the authority to the City Manager to renew the contract for two additional one-year periods within budgeted amounts and provided services and pricing remain acceptable to the City. 1.G 20-0377 Award of a Contract to Anderson Brule Architects, Inc. for the Design and Construction Support Services of Lakewood Branch Library & Learning Center (F13-54) Recommendation: Take the following actions: - Award a contract in substantially the same form as Attachment 1 to the report to Anderson Brule Architects, Inc. with a not to exceed contract amount of $2,800,429, - Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract when all necessary conditions have been met, and - Approve a 10% contingency in the amount of $280,043. 1.H 20-0443 Award of Bid No. PW20-14 to Ray’s Electric for Advanced Dilemma Zone Detection Re-Bid and Finding of CEQA Categorical Exemption Recommendation: - Make a finding of categorical exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(c), - Award a contract in substantially the same form as Attachment 2 to the report in the amount of $424,000 to Ray's Electric, -
