Olive Ave., Sunnyvale, CA 94086 CALL TO ORDER SALUTE TO THE FLAG ROLL CALL Present: 7 - Chair Jeanine Stanek Vice Chair David Squellati Commissioner Hannalore Dietrich Commissioner Mark Johnson Commissioner Dixie Larsen Commissioner Mike Michitaka Commissioner Dale Mouritsen PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENTS Richard Kolber, member of the public, noted his interest in the Heritage Preservation Commission and mentioned that he is currently serving on the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC). CONSENT CALENDAR 1 15-0051 Draft Minutes of the Heritage Preservation Commission Meeting of November 5, 2014 Commissioner Michitaka moved and Commissioner Mouritsen seconded the motion to approve the Draft Minutes of November 5, 2014. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Chair Stanek Vice Chair Squellati Commissioner Dietrich Commissioner Johnson Commissioner Larsen Commissioner Michitaka Commissioner Mouritsen No: 0 City of Sunnyvale Page 1 Heritage Preservation Commission Meeting Minutes February 4, 2015 PUBLIC COMMENTS None PUBLIC HEARINGS/GENERAL BUSINESS 3 15-0052 Annual Review of Code of Ethics and Conduct for Elected and Appointed Officials Commissioners acknowledged that they have received the 2014 Code of Ethics and Conduct for Elected and Appointed Officials. 2 15-0053 2015 Heritage Preservation Commission Master Work Plan Chair Stanek noted that the January 2016 meeting is scheduled for January 13, 2016, which is the second Wednesday instead of the regularly scheduled first Wednesdays due to the City holiday schedule. NON-AGENDA ITEMS & COMMENTS -Commissioner Comments Chair Stanek welcomed Councilmember Pat Meyering to the meeting. Councilmember Meyering introduced himself and greeted the Commissioners. Vice Chair Squellati asked staff what had been decided in terms of a tile and awning color for the Landmark Alteration Permit at 199 S. Murphy Ave. Ms. El-Hajj replied that the applicant had chosen a maroon color for the awning and that she would bring the color information to the next meeting. INFORMATION ONLY REPORTS/ITEMS None.
